It’s possible to ask for a return of one or more purchased articles in case of the purchase of a wrong size or article, or the merch presents flaws and/or damages. It’s possible to start a return procedure by and no later than 14 days since the delivery of the package.

Once the package is delivered back to us our team will make the required checking and, if everything is following what declared, you’ll receive a refund within 15 days through the payment method used in the purchased phase, shipping expenses excluded.

The returned articles must be in their original state:

  • Must not show signs of wear and/or use.
  • Must be accompanied to the card box or original envelope including potential accessories.
  • The tag and the label present on the articles must not be removed or damaged.
  • The original envelopes of the returned goods must not show any sign of break or damage and must be shipped with no type of support (tape, stickers, or labels) applied on it, instead they must be put inside another envelope (card box or plastic bag) on which apply the required shipping labels.
  • Shipping expenses are always at the customer charge.
  • Shipping expenses for returned goods are at the customer charge.
  • Returned goods with the original envelopes damaged will not be accepted.
  • Customized goods can’t be returned.
  • We won’t accept returns of socks, or any articles without tag and original envelope.

The returned goods will be checked by GG TeamWear whom reserves the right to deny any return based on the conditions above-mentioned.


1. Go to the “Chronology/Order History” section of your account profile.
2. Select the order from which you want to return an element by clicking on “Details”.
3. Select the products you want to return through the box next to the names.
4. Add the quantity you must return (in case it’s more than one product).
5. (optional) In the section “Returns” add an explanation, to let the team know the reason behind the necessity to return the product.
6. Click on “Request a refund”.


Do not ship the goods in any way without initiating the return procedure. If the product you have received is damaged or defective, or if you have received an incorrect colour or product due to our error, you must contact customer service at the following number 081 1993 5182 and send an email to assistenzaclienti@g gteamwear.com attaching photos of what was claimed. Once the necessary checks have been made, we will be happy to send you a new one at no additional shipping cost. If the product does not meet your expectations, we will only accept returns if the above conditions are met.

The return request must be made through the site by filling out the special section dedicated to returns that you can find by logging into your personal account:

1. Access the "Order History" section of your account.
2. Select the order from which you wish to return an item by clicking on "Details.”
3. Select the items you wish to return through the box next to the names.
4. Add the quantity that needs to be returned (in case more than one product needs to be returned)
5. (Optional) In the "Return Merchandise" section, add an explanation so that the team better understands why the customer wants to return that product.
6. Click on "Request a refund."

7. Shipping costs will not be refunded
