HOW MUCH ARE THE SHIPPING EXPENSES?

Shipping in Italy

Price: 7 euros
Free shipping for orders above 79 euros in Italy.
We use the GLS courier service for the national shippings in Italy. You’ll receive your package within 1-2 working days (it’d extend to 5 working days for orders with customized products) from the moment we receive and accept your payment.
However, it’s important to be aware this schedule is approximate and non-binding for our company.

Shipping abroad (EU)

Price: 18 euros
Possible price differences between the different countries.
For the shippings inside the European Union we use UPS courier service.
The standard price for those countries is 18 euros.
We invite you to reach us for any other information about the specific prices of your country of destination.

Shipping abroad (extra-EU)

Price: 35 euros + duties and VAT tax.
Duties and VAT tax evaluated by UPS’s API TradeAbility.
For the shippings towards countries outside the EU the shipping price is 35 euros.
Also, duties and VAT tax will be applied in conformity with the laws and the regulations of the country of destination. We use UPS’s API TradeAbility to precisely evaluate the duties and the VAT tax for the forementioned shippings.

We want to point out that for very large orders (superior to 25kg) our team will contact you to discuss a personalized price. We are committed to guarantee a fast and safe delivery for your orders. HOW MUCH TIME DOES THE SHIPPING TAKE?

The product delivery, from our location, is usually done in 3 workdays after the order arrives (they will become 7 if the order is customized).
The research of some articles inside the GG Teamwear’s warehouses can cause the delay of the shipping of 1 workday. Once the product is shipped, the delivery is fulfilled, in weekdays, in 24/48 hours in all Italy with the GLS express courier.
The shippings to the islands could require an additional workday.

BEWARE: for the dealing of customized products are required 7 workdays, to which is added the required time for the courier delivery. No shipping is done on Saturday and Sunday.

N.B.

  • From Monday to Friday the orders purchased by 11AM that have no customization can be shipped within the day.
  • From the moment we take charge of an order including articles with no customization the shipping will be handled in 1-2 workdays.
  • For customized products the shipping will start after 5 workdays.
  • For orders purchased after 11AM on Friday the charge will be done the following Monday.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NOBODY IS HOME WHEN THE DELIVERY ARRIVES?

The GLS branch will take in storage your package for some days and will reach GG TeamWear to make a deal. Subsequently it’ll be possible to pick up the package at the branch after our authorization or you can change the delivery address.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS ARE ACCEPTED?

We accept the following payment methods: credit card of the VISA integrated circuit, VISA ELECTRON, MASTERCARD, AMEX. PayPal is the worldwide leader in the online payment: it’s free for the customers, the payment is safe, and it accepts payment by credit card. It’s also possible to make payment via bank transfer separately from PayPal.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO PURCHASE AN ARTICLE NOT PRESENT ON THE E-CATALOGUE?

We do not accept orders of articles not present in the online catalogue.

THE PRICES ON THE WEBSITE HAVE THE VAT TAX INCLUDED?

Yes. All the prices on the website have the VAT tax included for the B2C section.

IF I CAN’T MAKE THE ORDER DUE TO ISSUES WITH THE INTERNET CONNECTION/THE SERVER, HOW CAN I MAKE THE PURCHASE?

If you want to make an order but have troubles due to issues with the internet connection or the server, you can contact us on the following number: +39 081 1993 5182 to get assistance on the procedures necessary to retry your purchase.

CAN I CANCEL AN ORDER?

If the product has already been shipped, it’s not possible to undo the shipping: the customer must wait for the delivery of the good and then, wanting to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must re-ship to their expenses to the same vendor.

WHO CAN I CONTACT IN CASE OF STRUGGLES IN THE PURCHASING PHASE AND/OR TECHNICAL PROBLEMS?

WHAT SHOULD I DO AFTER THE PACKAGE ARRIVES?

When the courier will make the delivery, you must check:

  • That the package is intact, with no damage or sign of wetness and in general conform to the standard characteristics of a package.
  • That the number of packages pointed on the documents is corresponding to the number of packages delivered.

N.B.:

Any objection must be immediately notified at the shipper; in absence of those, the product is considered perfectly delivered; all the documents put in the designed pocket applied at the extern of the package must be kept.

WHAT TO DO IN CASE OF DAMAGED DELIVERY?

GG TeamWear allows to return the purchased goods at the following conditions:

  • The goods must not be broken/damaged or show any sign of wear caused by use.
  • The tag on the articles must not be removed.
  • In case of merch with specific packaging material (plastic bag, card box, etc.) such material must be used to re-put inside the merch.
  • The return must be done before 8 days have passed since the delivery. If the merch is aligned with the regulations above-mentioned, you can ask for an exchange of goods by contacting our Customer Service at this number: +39 081 1993 5182 or by sending an e-mail at assistenzaclienti@ggteamwear.com communicating the data information of your order and the articles to change.

WHAT HAPPENS OF THE PURCHASED ARTICLE IS EXPIRED?

If for extraordinary reasons, at the time of the delivery, one or more articles are not available, GG TeamWear will reach the customer within 2 days from the receiving of the order, both by phone and e-mail, and they will be informed of a potentially increased waiting period to get the desired article.
